10 Animal Loving Celebrities Who Refuse to Wear Fur
Many celebrities have decided to stand up against the cruelty of fur farming and unethically sourced clothing, which is increasingly becoming a worldwide problem.
Each year, more then 40 million animals are killed for their fur. All animal deaths are tragic, but animal deaths for fur or skin are even more appalling when considering the fact that to kill animals without damaging their fur, trappers and hunters will stomp, strangle or beat the animal to their death. Animals on fur farms have their necks snapped or are electrocuted, gassed or poisoned.
Due to the horrific nature of fur farming and unethically sourced clothing, many celebrities have taken it upon themselves to speak out about these facts and to stand strongly with Animal Welfare Organisations to set a good example for the rest of the population in an effort to improve and extend the lives of all animals.
